The Firm’s International Desk was created in 2006 with the aim to provide legal services on commercial law matters to Italian clients investing or trading internationally.

Today, the Desk provides services in the following areas:

• advice to Italian companies and individuals operating in the United Kingdom in the areas of real estate, commercial/company law matters, sports law issues, litigation and arbitration
• advice to Italian companies in relation to international commercial contracts and disputes
• consultancy or project-related services to UK Firms in any Italy-related commercial law issues, most typically in the areas of real estate acquisitions, contract law and international disputes
• advice to real estate investors, developers and commercial operators in relation to cross-border investments in Italy, devised under international corporate structures
